Any of the various diameter classic lug bodies can be used to create a custom tube lug.  Two classic lug bodies become the "posts" and a double ended threaded connector can be just about any length. *Use your imagination and l can probably make it happen*  The pictured example is the 1/2" diameter version.  As pictured, threaded receiver tube can be flush with the lug body or extend past it-that's called custom baby!
